I am confused. You are trying to start a scandal that there was no scandal before? It was only an ego trip and beside you exposed a much more important scandal many years ago? Was the final point that everyone else needs to stop writing about the unimportant person I keep writing about?

And now those comments are back up. How interesting. Ah, well. One never can tell what will happen on a blog. The owner, after all, has full rights to delete or edit comments as they wish. There’s not much we can do about it; we just have to learn critical reading skills to see through any static.

Careful, Wolf, lest you sound like a jealous grump. The important thing here isn’t that Tobold can be a git, it’s the same old “press gets a free ride” concern. Journalistic integrity is pretty low in general (witness the election coverage), but there’s no reason to let things slide when they could be challenged. In this case, there’s really not much to do but ignore the guy.

Remind me sometime to grump a bit about a comment I made on Mark Jacob’s blog that never got published. That’s just how blogs work; people say whatever they want. *shrug*
